Refund & Cancellation Policy

No refunds once access is given. After your payment is verified and access to a medium is activated, the payment is non-refundable and the subscription cannot be cancelled.

What you are buying

Each medium (Telugu Medium or English Medium) is a separate one-time purchase of digital study material. Access is activated on your account immediately after the payment is verified and is valid for the period shown on the payment page and your dashboard. Please read the medium name and price carefully before paying.

No refund after access

Because the study material is digital and becomes available to you as soon as access is activated, we do not offer refunds, partial refunds or cancellations after activation. This also applies if you do not use the material, if you bought the wrong medium, or if your account is suspended for breaking our Terms & Content Policy (for example, sharing your login).

When we do refund

Money debited but access not activated. First log in and use Check payment status on your dashboard, which re-checks the payment and activates access automatically. If access still cannot be activated, contact us and we will either activate it or refund the full amount.
Duplicate payment. If you were charged more than once for the same medium at the same time, the extra payment is refunded in full.
Failed payment. If a payment failed but money left your account, it is normally returned automatically by your bank or Razorpay within 5–7 working days. Contact us if it is not.

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through Razorpay. They usually reach you within 5–7 working days after approval, depending on your bank.

Delivery

All material is delivered online through your student dashboard. Nothing is shipped physically. Access starts as soon as the payment is verified, usually within a few minutes.
